DFI Beds Shortlisted for Irish Sponsorship Awards 2025

DFI Beds attended the Irish Sponsorship Awards 2025, where we were finalists in Best Sports Sponsorship for Women and Best Low Budget Sponsorship.

In our categories, we were up against some seriously big players, including Certa & Cricket Ireland, Danone Aptamil, KPMG, PwC, and Sky Media Ireland. Not bad company for a relatively small Irish bed and mattress manufacturer!

We were shortlisted for the LGFA x DFI Beds 'Sleep Better. Perform Better.' Official Sleep Partnership. We chose to embark on this partnership with the Ladies Gaelic Football Association to shine a light on women’s sport, champion the incredible commitment of LGFA athletes, and bring recovery, well-being, and sleep into the conversation in a meaningful way.

We genuinely believe that when you sleep better, you perform better. Thanks to the research we've completed as part of this campaign, including the LGFA Player Sleep Survey, we also have the data to back that up! To see that work recognised on a national stage, beside sponsors of this scale, is something we're so proud of. It was kind of a 'pinch-me' moment for sure!

On the night, Brian McCann and Aine McCann represented DFI Beds at the luxurious Gala event at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire. Unfortunately, we didn't walk away with a trophy, but it was a great evening.

• Congratulations also to KPMG for winning the Best Sports Sponsorship for Women with its 'Inspiring the Future' campaign, featuring Leona Maguire, Rachael Blackmore, and Rhasidat Adeleke.
• And, of course, congratulations to all the other winners on the night!

Obviously, it would have been lovely to win, but we're still so thrilled and honoured to have been in the running against such big household names, and for a project we're really proud of. It shows how far DFI Beds has grown in six short years.
