As we all adjust to a new way of living and working, we want you to know that the team here at DFI are committed to doing all we can to keep both our staff and customers safe.



DFI are open, and we are working hard to ensure deliveries throughout Ireland can continue safely for you, and for our warehouse and delivery staff. DFI continue to use our own staff to deliver all of our beds or mattress so that we remain in control of all aspects of the process right from your first contact with us through to our aftersales service. We feel that in the current climate this is more important than ever enabling us to keep our customers informed as to the status of their order and it has allowed us to enforce measures to keep the DFI warehouse staff safe, by heightening hygiene standards, increasing the amount of shift patterns and structuring warehouse movements to ensure social distancing of at least 3 meters.



We are working around the clock so that we can ensure you get your order as quickly as possible. We are prioritising bed and mattress deliveries for Healthcare workers, frontline staff and those who are most in need.



DFI have always placed particular emphasis on our bed and mattress delivery service as we understand that customers can sometimes be apprehensive about placing orders online and especially for larger value items and we continue to offer a cash on delivery service for customers. We have managed to keep our bed and mattress prices ultra-competitive and all our products continue to represent outstanding value. Our reputation for trust and reliability has been time served, hard-earned and has become one of DFI Beds most valued assets. What do DFI Beds do differently?



DFI beds have invested in heavily in our state of the art GPS fleet tracking software which gives our team live visibility of all our delivery vehicles. When you place your order with us (if possible please provide your eircode) our team gets to work to ensure you have exact details on when your new bed or mattress will be delivered. Customers receive a text message the day before delivery to confirm if this suits so you have time to rearrange if necessary. On the day of delivery our driver will call you approximately one hour before arrival. Due to COVID19 regulations we only have one man per delivery van and delivery is to front door only. Please follow all COVID19 guidelines and adhere to social distancing as much as possible. Our drivers will have gloves and masks but we need to keep them and you safe. We are currently operating a daily delivery service in Dublin and on alternate days to Cork, Limerick and Galway, Kerry, Waterford, Tipperary and Wexford.
