Is Delivery Really Free?

Yes delivery is completely free. DFI Beds offer a ground floor delivery only but are drivers are happy to help if there is someone available. Our customers will receive a text message the day prior to delivery and our driver will call 1 hour before arriving to your home.

Do DFI Beds install the bed?

Unfortunately we do not offer installation. However, our divan bases come in 2 parts for easy transportation and are connected by a U-Clip. Please see link to installation video …….

How long does it to get my new bed?

We hold stock of most of our product range and can offer a 3-5 working day turnaround. In some rare instances we need to order customised product from our suppliers and this can mean a 7-10 working day lead time.
