DFI beds pride ourselves in the way in which we value each and every  enquiry we recieve. In our 20 plus years in business we have always been a  family orientated business and whilst we may have invested heavily in technology and systems to enable our business to thrive the one thing that we cant and wont automate is good old fashioned customer service. Our customer base in Ireland expect  to be  serviced by a human being and they want to know that there requests, comments, and requirements are being thoughtfully addressed and that they are actually being heard.

Each  of our experinced Sleep Advisors  have gained many years extensive experience in selling  beds and mattresses and have  taken courses and gained  accreditation on the sale of mattresses and beds.
