IrelandI bought a bed from DFI in 2017 and the bed and mattress is still in great condition so I decided to order from them again. The customer service is fantastic! I ordered just the mattress without the divan base by mistake and called them when just the mattress arrived and straight away they sorted it for me and still allowed me to avail of the deal that was in place and the base was delivered within a few days. Ordered a Mattress late on Friday Evening, it arrived this morning in perfect condition ,The communication from this company is excellent, Messaged when the said they would and delivered bang on time which considering we live in a very rural area is unusual . Ordered and payed for my new King size bed last Thursday and it arrived today. Driver txt to confirm day before and day of delivery with a time. I Absolutely love it and so comfy can't wait to go to bed tonight. Delivery driver was so lovely and very polite. Very safe and cautious with covid aswell.
