At DFI Beds we pride ourselves on our seamless delivery service which is available FREE to customers anywhere in Ireland. We have our own fleet of vehicles and our own team of delivery drivers who understand the DFI Beds core values.
Below is a general overview of our delivery schedule by province.
Ulster- Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Leinster- Dublin/Meath/Louth delivery Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All other Counties Tuesday and Thursday
Connacht- Tuesday and Thursday (Exception is Sligo on a Monday)
Munster- Tuesday and Thursday
Redelivery Fee- The only occasion we will charge a delivery fee is when the customer has made an error or wants to return an opened/unused product. There is a fee of €40 for this service.
All our Mattresses, Divan Beds and Headboards are handmade in our state of the art factory in County Tyrone. With state of the art technology we can ensure your order is made and delivered within 7 days. By being direct from Factory to our customers we can ensure that each product is made to the highest possible standards at the most competitive price on the market. Any mattress purchased from the 1 st of August 2022- we have decided that at the end of your DFI’s Mattress lifetime we will collect your old mattress free of charge and ensure it is disposed off correctly.
Our mattress disposal service sees mattresses stripped back, metal melted, foam crumpled and repurposed into children’s playmats, while comfort fillings are made into protective clothing. Also, generated waste such as food, foam, paper, card and polythene film all goes to local and national recycling companies and even wood waste and chipboard gets chipped and sent off to make pet bedding.
At DFI Beds, we are always ensuring we do our bit to limit the impact of climate change and doing all we can to help protect our planet.

the experience of the delivery was extremely stressful, we were told a designated delivery time (that was for my son's birthday present) , so my fiance and my son was awaiting at home for it, however when the driver arrived, he told us, he was short of one man to bring it in for us, and he wasn't able to carry it for us upstairs, my fiancé just arrived in Ireland, couldn't talk much English, and I was ranged many times during my meeting, so I asked my fiance to see if there is any neighbours in the apartment block who could help the driver but the driver hurried her up and told her that he had next job to do and did not want to wait, and wait the maximum time he could wait was for 5 minutes, the it was my son birthday that day, and driver told my fiance to come back with the bed next week. very bad experiences with that , also some part of the bed, the drill hole was not completed that luckily we had drill at home in order not too disappoint the 5 year old toddler.
